Neo-Decadron (dexamethasone / neomycin): This is the only product that has worked quickly, with only 1 dose, to reduce the edema from allergic reactions when the tissue of my eye ball is so swollen that it hinders my activities of daily living. Swelling is reduced within an hour, so that I may continue with my daily activities, which include driving and work as a nurse.
