I've tried concerta, zoloft, ritalin and wellbutrin for ADHD. Wellbutrin was the only medication that gave me a calm, level headed feeling that helped me control hyperactivity, impulsivity, and attention span. I'm a 40 year old ADD'r and I'm grateful it works without the jitters of ritalin.
