"I am currently 79 and have been taking 3000 mg of Vitamin C since I was 62. I have had no problems whatsoever with any side effects. However, I have also had no colds neither. I am in excellent health. I go to the YMCA, run, swim... Vitamin C destroys Free Radicals which is , as I understand, the primary cause of growing old. They break down the body. Today I am 79 but I feel like I am 49. If you can tolerate this much Vitamin C then take it. I have done so every day for the 17 years and I love the results."

"Most underestimated supplementation. Cheap as powder. If it is too acidic for gut and stomach, add sodium bicarbonate (soda) to neutralize it. Dilute it in juice and it will be easy to take in. Use at least half of a tea spoon. It is good against stress and brain fog. It clears the thoughts after a strenuous day. It is also used after trauma."
