I had a rheumatoid arthritis flare-up and hadn't experienced relief in weeks. I took Aleve which normally works, Mobic which worked a bit, Naproxen which didn't work at all, and then Ultracet which worked wonders. I finally experienced incredible joint relief and slept through the night.
