Tylenol PM (acetaminophen/diphenhydramine): Great. Take 30 minutes before bed and it treats both pain and mild restlessness.

Midol PM (acetaminophen/diphenhydramine): If you're not having severe cramps, it takes most of the edge off. Severe, go with a prescribed medicine made for this.
