Inspire Announces Poster Presentations at the 2007 North American Cystic Fibrosis Conference

DURHAM, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct 3, 2007 - Inspire Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: ISPH) announced today that Inspire scientists, clinical investigators and collaborators will present information from four abstracts in poster presentations during the 21st Annual North American Cystic Fibrosis (NACF) Conference at the Anaheim Convention Center in California on October 3-6, 2007.

Two of the four abstracts contain data from Inspire's Phase 2 clinical trials with denufosol for the treatment of cystic fibrosis: -0-
