Azithromycin (otherwise known as a z-pac) is a broad spectrum antibiotic used to treat infections.

Hello M,
As mentioned this is a commonly prescribed broad spectrum antibiotic. It is unique because unlike the old days, you don't have to take it for 10 days-2 weeks. Jump start with 2 tabs and the pack is finished in a week. Very convenient.
