Well I am certainly no expert but I wouldn't think that taking half a sleeping pill one time would hurt your baby. To be sure you could discuss with your ob/gyn or pharmacist. I really think your okay though. Congrats on the wonderful news of your pregnancy. It is such a blessing. Best wishes mommy-to-be.
