Dr.'s do not want to give this to me for my daughter. It works miracle for her. After taking this med she's like a different person within about 15-20 minutes.
Zofran - why is it so difficult to get dr's to prescribe this med?

You dont say why your daughter needs this medication. Do they know what causes her nausea? It could be that they are trying to determine a cause if they do not already know, as this drug can mask symptoms and this could impair a diagnosis. It is not normal for a person to be so nauseated so often. Giving Zofran just masks the symptoms, it doesnt really address the problem so perhaps they are trying to find out a cause so that they can treat the cause rather than just masking symptoms.
