Zegerid - how to mix package for a baby?

i had it mixed the first time at the pharmacy now they have given me powder packages and not sure how to mix it. I know it sure doesnt look like the one that was mixed for me at the pharmacy.

Go back to your pharmacy and get then to explain it to you carefully. It is there job to make sure you understand how to use your medicine. Take someone else with you so you can be sure.
