Zanaflex - why does this medicine make you wake up in five hours?

Hello. I'm surprised that it wakes you up. It if anything should help to sedate, make you feel rested, even sleepy. I did some research and I couldn't find anything to offer you a sound explanation. Most everyone taking it actually have the opposite effect. A sound, pain free sleep. And waking up without a drug hangover. You might ask your doctor or pharmacist, what they believe it may be the cause. Sometimes there isn't a reason, its just the way it is. Sounds silly perhaps, but it can be like that. Best wishes, pledge
