Yes, he could spread infection to you if he is having sex with another girl and then having sex with you. If she is infected then he will carry it right to you! Bladder infections are common in pregnancy though. It doesnt mean for sure that you got an infection from her having sex with your man but if she IS infected with anything, yes, you can get it!
