Can you take fish oil capsules and krill oil capsules together i.e. one in the a.m. and one in p.m ?

I'm not sure why you would want to. They both supply omega 3s.

I use folic acid (800 mcg) with fish oil (1000), red yeast capsules (2) every day for cholestral?

and it works great. but now that the "big-c" is down to 170 should i still take folic acid everyday?

How does the fish oil capsules reduce cholesterol?

Does taking fish oil make the cholesterol slippery or something. Mine are so big they take up much needed space in my pill dispenser.
