I just found these pills in my room, and the only other person to have been in there is my cousin. She has quite the drug issue, though she seems to be doing better. I can't find them on the identifier, help?

I have also been unable to find the pill on identifiers, but I purchased a bottle of them, bargain brand (Assured)- probably from Dollar Tree or Dollar General, labeled as the antihistamine chlorpheniramine maleate, NDC 45738-427-10.
