Yellow Rectangler Pill scored 4 times with 2039 imprinted on it?

I fournd 6 of these pills in a small plastic bag at the end of my driveway. The pill is scored to be broken into 4 parts and is imprinted with 2039. Also in the bag was a pill that I could identify as Suboxone.
