Hey purushottam.lohiya,
I don't believe there are any restrictions such as food or alcohol after having the vaccination. To read more about this vaccine and to ask questions go to the Center for Disease Control, USA, at the following link for Yellow Fever:

On the left hand side is a phone number for the CDC so if need be you can ask them.
