Xopenex - how often can I do a treatment- every 4 hours or 6 hours?

In clinical studies, Xopenex started working within 10 to 17 minutes, and the effects lasted for five to six hours on average. In some people, the effects lasted as long as eight hours.
Guess a 6 hourly treatment would be fine, however do talk to the doc/pharmacist who prescribed the med to give you more accurate info depending upon various other factors.
