Hi i have searched extensively for information of xolair being to linked to weight gain as a side effect, and also for an over average weighted patient having problems if taking xolair, and there was no information at all, indicating that there is no link. Of course it can't be ruled out completely as it may have been experienced in the past and not reported. But i think you can be quite confident in thinking the drug will not cause any problems in this case.
