Though garcinia cambogia is not addressed in the interaction checker Xarelto is one of the new drugs that typically does not interact with food. That is why people want to move from coumadin to Xarelto. Garcinia cambogia is also called tamarind which is a small, pumpkin-shaped fruit. Since you are dealing with a fruit I feel that your risk is low based on all of the people that were in the trials to get Xarelto approved in Europe and the USA.
