xanbar or zanbar?? white, long imprint G3722

need help with milligram identification of zanbar/xanbar? white oblong? pill with imprint of G3722 on 1 side & on the other is 3 scored-like lines i guess is what you would call it... it can be split into 4 pieces... what milligram is this and is it zanbar or xanbar??
