I was on xanax for years and the doctor that detoxed me off told me it could take several weeks to get out of system but i was only in detox for 4 days and i still had the shacks but i didn't feel bad i had a little headache every other day but now i'm fine. The withdrawels man will they hurt you i had a sezire and the worst panic attacks tryin to come off them by myself. My god bless you
