Xanax for a week? Please help!?

The short answer is, no I don't think you have any reason to worry whatsoever!!! I have experience with xanax, addiction, and siezures that I'll expand on, but I wanted to answer quickly to help ease your mind. I'll write in more detail but I'm kinda a perfectionist & I wanna be accurate so i really take my time answering questions. Promise I'll answer tonight. You'll be alright hun!

Ok first off I'm wondering what makes you worry that you could have a seizure?Is it because you have a history of seizures or because you've heard seizures are a side effect of xanax? (not sure if they are or not) I had a seizure, when I was 10yrs old. I've taken Xanax for at least 10yrs now and even with a history of seizure I haven't had one the entire time I've taken Xanax. I've taken 3 times as much as you over the course of a week, then abrutly stoped, and I never had any withrawls or seizures.

I'd be interested in what dose of pills you got. I got prescribed 20mgs of xanax over a month period and I was taking 1-2 of the 0.5mg pills per day and after 2 weeks, it had affected my ability to sleep and I could tell when my body wanted me to take another and I would feel anxious if I didn't take one. I was sensitive to it, but I would definitely agree this doesn't sound like enough to develop issues.

For me, it depends on how you dose it. If I took all 11mg within 3 days, I'd have no issues, stretching it over several weeks could cause issues, but 11mg within a week won't be a big deal, but you may find yourself desiring more when they're gone due to how effective xanax can be. Hope this helps!
