im on levemir and humalog and has noticed a great deal of my hair comeing out more than its usual would this be the cause

Yes, it can cause hair loss, though it is a rare side-effect. I've read several other posters on other medical boards complaining of hair loss linked to Levemir.
However, Humalog ALSO can cause hair loss, I'm betting your hair loss is being caused more by Humalog than by Levemir, though it's possible that either or both are causing it for you.
