Hello lin5da. Depending on your biological clock, it might vary. However, more often than not, it is taken in the am. Regards pledge

I take Lexapro and I take it at night. I have found that it can make me a little sleepy so if I take it before bed I can sleep better and that side effect doesn't bother me if I take it at night!

Definitely at night. The sleepless nights will pass.
