My 34 yr old son recently started taking Luvox for OCD, about one or two weeks ago. Today he is experiencing some paranoia. Has this been known to be a side affect of Luvox? No other negatives, only positives besides paranoia.
With Luvox, is paranoia a possible side affect?

Hello,
Paranoia has not been documented, but "unusual or severe mental changes" has, I suggest you speak to his / her Dr. about it asap.
