Will Zeasorb-AF work for underarm heat rash?

Zeasorb_AF is an antifungal cream. It will only help your skin irritation if there is fungal involvement.

You may be best to use a mild steroid cream - as long as there is no broken skin. Talk to your pharmacist for advice.

I have an underarm rash (both arms). I have been using Cortaid maximum strength cream?

... (hydrocortisone 1%) about 1 time (rarely twice) every other day. I have used it for about 3 weeks. Is this safe, or should I stop using it?
