Will Ultram/Tramadol show up in a drug test sent off to the lab?

Yes it will. If it is sent off to a lab, it can be found if they test specificly for tramadol. A standard home kit will not show it, the kind you buy at walmart. If its for a school, they ussually wont test for it unless they have resson to think thats exactly what your on.

Does anyone know if Tylenol 3 and Tramadol show up as the same drug on a urine drug test? Like do?

So in order for it to show up they have to test just for tramadol? They test for opiates everytime. It won't show up in the opiate category. Right???
