Will tramadol show up on drugscreen as a opioid?

It never has for me. Although I've heard that taking alot of it can cause a false positive for PCP.

No. Is not an opiod. I doubt that they test for synthetic opoids too.

Does anyone know if Tylenol 3 and Tramadol show up as the same drug on a urine drug test? Like do?
