.. I'm mostly concerned with the more widely used "on-site" test strips and cups. that I normally encounter from perspective and current employers. However, I am also curious as to what results would be obtained usintg a lab-based, gc/ms analysis of a sample containing modafinil.

Thanks for trying. I have also tried researching various areas re: this drug but have found little info. I notice it's hard to find much real data on any of the sites that sell the drug tests, even for the chemicals they claim they test for (eg. detection limits, analytical methods, anything). Check out this Govt. study on 16 of these test makers.
