Hey 530girl,
The Norco will not prevent the Azithromycin from working. Though I must say that one dose as in one pill of Azithromycin isn't going to do much to cure an infection. You need to take a full course of antibiotic in order for it to stop an infection. Azithromycin comes in a 3 day or a 5 day dose pack depending on the need.
