It depends on how sensitive the test, how many panels the test checks for. It probably is going to show, especially if it is for pain management. You know they just recalled propoxyphene because it can cause bad heart rhythms and cause death. You might want to properly dispose of very very old propoxyphene, the tylenol can become more strong in old pills and mess your liver up.
