i am on marinol for chronic pain and insomnia for quite sometime and i have to undergo random drug screenings for work it will make u test positive for cannibinoids or cannibus/marijuana but as long as you have all ur perscription info to show ur work u should be fine same thing happened to me and i just had to show my script.
