You probably will because I did a urine test and tested positive for methamphetamine but I've never used meth, but I did take phenylephrine 10 mg about 32 hours before the test. Now my dr. thinks I'm a tweeker but all I did was take the OTC sinus med phenylephrine. My pharmacist says the phenylephrine leaves your system after 48 hours. Good Luck!
