Yes of course.
The hydroquinone makes your skin sensitive to the sun and sunburn so it is advisable to cover up or use sunscreen if out in the sun.
When you stop using the cream you will be able to go out in the sun as before but remember it can be very harmful to the skin so it is still advisable to take sensible precautions to avoid excessive exposure.
