Will buprenex show up on a drug test?

Only if they test for bupenorphine and that is kinda unusual. I guess if you were at a pain management dr who writes it or a methadone clinic then yeah, but, even the courts don't check for it. This is not a guarantee, but most work places are not going to check for it.
