I have a standing prescription of 7.5mg hydrocodone but I ran out four days before my drug test but I took a 5mg hydrocodone 6 hours before the test will the lab be able to tell it was a 5mg instead of a 7.5mg and if so what should I tell them as to why there is a 5mg instead of a 7.5mg hydrocodone

Hey Army of God,
Don't believe you have anything to worry about. The difference is minimal. The fact that you have a standing prescription is all you need. If you are questioned, just tell them you only took a half of one that day as that is what you needed and they will think you didn't do a very good job of cutting it in half.
