I am a M.S patient and i have been using Selegiline for about two years but i dont undertand why im using this medication.

I'm not sure why it's used either but I know other medicines like selegiline, which increase levels of dopamine in the brain, have been used as an Off Label" to treat symptoms of multiple sclerosis.

I have multiple sclerosis. Presently receiving Tysabri for 5 months. Concern with the side effects. Advise.

... sending me to PT and I'm now in a wheelchair. Why should I keep going to any MS dr's if they don't do anything?
