Why would my dr prescibe me both Nabumetone & Butalbital/ aspirin/caffeine when they interact?

the Nabume is an anti inflamitory and the other is a setative/painkiller/stimulent so this is fine to take them togeather; there isnt a high chance you will show any interaction symptoms

In my experience, which has , I admit, not been pleasant, docs rarely check the meds interactions or even side-effects when prescribing.

I'd recheck with your doc about the interactions for your own safety.

I've never heard of anything being a sedative and a stimulant but if your having neck spasms I'd think u need a muscle relaxer or a pain Med w out the caffeine like percocet works well for migraines and its easier to relax. Hope u get it worked out I'd definitely ask the Dr. About it if your worried.
