my dr.have me 8 pills of vit.d 50,000 units ounce a week for joint pain. what do you think of this.

Believe it or not it is safe according to most drs. I've been taking 42,000 I. U. /week@ 6,000 /day and it hasen't hurt me, but it hasen't helped that much either. I had some surprising & posative pain results for about a week... then nothing. This Saturday will end my 4th & last week. All I can say is "If it feels good, do it. Sacosam
