Why shouldn't I take mineral oil or aspirin with colace ?

You should not take mineral oil while taking docusate (colace) as it may increase absorption of the mineral oil from GI tract, leading to toxicity.

Sorry I could not find the reason why you cannot take aspirin with colace.
