Why should you not use aspirin or grapefruit juice while taking activella or similar harmones?

You can take aspirin with Activella ... there is no known interaction between these medicines. It is best to avoid taking grapefruit or it's juice with Activella or other estrogen containing oral contraceptives because grapefruit MAY make the pill less effective.
