Why sertraline and sibutramine interact with each other?

The combination of Sertraline and Sibutramine should be avoided because of the risk of developing a rare but serious, potentially life threatening, condition called "serotonin syndrome".
This condition is bought about because of over-stimulation of particular serotonin receptors in the brain.
