My dear mom had Parkinson's so I do know where you are at.
Contact Novartis Pharmaceuticals as they make this product. Even though you have insurance, tell them it is still too expensive with your insurance.
Do you have Medicare? If so call your Part D plan provider and ask them for a tier reduction as you can not afford it.
