Why does Roxicet work better than endocet, is it the manufacturer?

The physician's and nurse's drug guides do not denote any difference in the narcotic component of Endocet verses Roxicet. Also, they both use acetomenophen ( like Tylenol) as an added ingredient. Different drug manufacturers can use different fillers, that make up the rest of the "tablet". These fillers can come from many,many places and be many different ingredients.Make sure the amount of acetomenaphen is the same.I have had former patients that "felt" a difference, but other than what i have mentioned there are no obvious listed differences. Lastly, changing from what you have been taking can have a psychological effect, Many people report this especially if they have been on the former drug a long time.
