Why does Atripla have to be stored at 77% F? Does anything happen to the medication if it isn't?

Atripla should be stored at room temperature.

Is that how you stored it? Roughly what temperature did you store it in (lower temperature or higher temperature)?.

It is stored at room temperature, but in the winter my house can get into the 50's while I'm at work. Is there any problem with that? Also in the summer it can get into the high 80's Any input?

It should be okay in winter. In summer when you say the temperature can get in the 80's keep the medicine in a coolish place and away form direct sunlight.
