Why can't zyvox suspension be shaken?

I'm really not sure why Zyvox can't be shaken once it is made up. When reconstituting though they advise to shake vigorously.

The manufacturer recommend that Zyvox is not shaken vigorously once reconstituted because studies have shown that extra air incorporated by shaking reduces the potency of the medicine.
