You could have sinus problems. i need to clean out my sinuses with a saline solution every day. Also dry eyes will water. They don't have the proper nutrients. As backward as this sounds-use eye drops and see if it could be from dry eyes. sometimes several little things can act like a different problem. It won't hurt you to try eye drops.
