Hello madelene. It should certainly help you to sleep. You'll be heavily sedated, and your sleep will be deep.I doubt you'll be talking but I might be completely wrong. Ask your doctor, see what she/he thinks as to your problem. Hope that it does go away, and you do manage to have a quiet sleep.
