Several manufacturers make Cefoxitin ... I'm not sure about the price but perhaps you could call a few manufacturers and see if they have any assistance programs.
It is made by Baxter Healthcare, Hikma Farmaceutica, APP Pharmaceuticals, Orchid Healthcare, ACS DOBFAR.
