Are any of the ingredients in Neosporin Sulfa-based drugs?

I had a severe allergic reaction (blistering 1/2 hour after application) to Neosporin.

Tarceva - Sores in both nostrils! I've tried Ayr, neosporin, etc. to no avail. Can you help?
